Annual System Inspection
Full walk-through of every pull station, bed station, corridor light and master console. Test logs completed and left on site.
Pull stations, corridor lights and master consoles tested on site. We locate faults, replace failed components and leave the system ready for the next resident call.

Call Tech began in 2014 servicing nurse call systems for three local assisted living homes. The work grew from bench repairs on failed boards to full facility contracts. We still carry the same test set and the same rule: nothing leaves the site until every station answers.
Most calls come from facilities with mixed-age systems. We keep parts for both current and discontinued models so a single failed pull cord does not turn into a multi-day outage.

When a station fails, staff lose time and residents wait. We fix the hardware that makes the difference.

Failed or damaged pull stations swapped for new UL-listed units. Wiring checked and re-terminated at the head end.

Dome lights, zone lights and duty stations restored or replaced. Lenses cleaned, bulbs swapped and wiring traced.

Touchscreen or legacy master stations repaired on site or bench. Software updated, audio checked and call logs verified.

Open circuits, loose splices and corroded junctions located with tone tracing. Cable replaced where needed without opening walls.

Legacy systems brought to current code with new stations, wireless pendants or integration to existing nurse call platforms.
One photo of a completed board or station every day we finish work. Shot on site, posted same hour, no filter.

Work completed in assisted living corridors and resident rooms. Most photos taken after the call was cleared.

Four practices that keep systems answering after the warranty ends.
Common stations, domes and boards carried to each site so most repairs finish in one visit.
Every station is activated from the resident room and confirmed at the master before we leave.
Junctions and runs documented so future faults can be traced without guessing.
Quoted after the walk-through. Parts and labor listed so the facility knows the cost before work starts.
Send the facility name and the number of beds or zones affected. We will schedule a same-day or next-day visit.
Call or text with the number of stations and the symptoms. If the system is outside our usual coverage we will say so.
